Questions and Answers

Part One

All names are changed.  Letters will not be considered without a name, address and day phone number.  Letters may be used in whole or in part for any purpose and become the property of Ruth Berger.  Questions with the greatest general interest will be answered.

Q.  My 70-year-old mother hears knocking in the middle of the night when no one is there.  Pictures fall off the wall for no reason and she hears a clicking sound in her deaf ear.  Does she have a ghost in her home?

A.  My intuition tells me your mother has a female ghost who doesn't want any changes.  The ghost wants attention.  Listen to what she wants and then ask her to leave.

Q.  What is possession?

A.  Possession is when you give your power away to a person living or dead.

Q.  I don't believe in ghosts, but I'd like to communicate with my deceased father.  Is it possible?

A.  Yes. Hold a photo of your father in your hand and imagine him sitting before you.  Talk to him as if he's still alive.  Trust that at some level you are communicating with him.  Soon you will be.

Q.  My best friend was killed last year.  I hear his voice before I fall asleep.  Am I loosing my mind?

A.  Your best friend's spirit is stuck between worlds. Listen to him.  He wants to tell you who his killer is.  He's fearful the killer will hurt others.  Write down all that he tells you and go to the police with the information.

Q.  A man has asked me to return to his summer home to visit a ghost.  The last time I did this, I was fearful for days. What should I do? -BB

A.  Stay home until you've had proper spirit training and know how to send a ghost into the light.

Q.  Last night I saw my mother at the foot of my bed.  I got scared and told her to go away.  Now I'm sorry.  Will she come back? -DT

A.  Loved ones in spirit are always available to help you.  Be patient.  Mothers do listen to their children. It may take a while before she returns.  Don't push.

Q.  Our dog died. Now we see her.  Are we imagining her? -PW

A.  No. Pets return to give love.  Trust your instincts.
