Are you ultra sensitive?

Do sounds of dogs barking, planes flying overhead, and neighbors talking, keep you from falling asleep? Do you mull over what you did or didn’t do that day or need to do tomorrow, or the problems your family and friends are facing?

You’re not alone.

“According to the National Sleep Foundation, two thirds of the population suffer from some form of sleep disorder, ranging from sleep apnea to narcolepsy or insomnia…
“While sleep disorders are a universal problem that strikes across the board, men are particularly vulnerable for a variety of reasons, including the added stress of being the primary breadwinner in many families.” Robin E. Shirley, Men’s Health - Mind, Body and Heart, August, 2000.

“Nearly 70% of American women report sleep problems at least some nights, according to a new poll commissioned by the National Sleep Foundation…
“Sleeping well every night is not the norm for women, according to the survey results. "If you take 100 women, most will have sleep problems," says Meir Kryger, MD, this year's task force chair for the poll.

I developed a way to go to sleep without stress, that I want to share with you.

Prayers are a way to clear your mind of everyday problems or concerns.

Healing prayers: not just words.

My secret three step formula on how to sleep without stress.

After you turn off the TV, put down the book you were reading, and turned off the lights, lay down and prepare to go to sleep.

Step 1. Relax your body by taking three deep breaths.

Close your eyes and talk to God about your personal concerns.

Step 2. Be silent and listen for the answers.

After you hear the answers, let go and let God take it from here.

Healing prayers are a form of sending positive energy to others.

Example: a friend has been diagnosed with colon problems.

a) Talk to God about your friend and why you’re concerned.

b) Ask for a healing for your friend.

C) Then let God take it from you.

Example:  Young woman’s divorce is causing her stress.

a) First pray to God that she will find solutions to her concerns.

b) Imagine her happy and financially stable.

c) Then let go and let God take it from here.

Turning over your concerns to God, your beyond consciousness or whoever you feel is mightier than you, removes your stress and soothes your mind and body, so you can sleep without stress.

Your prayer results and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it
