STEP BACK AND TAKE ANOTHER LOOK.

  • Take a deep breath and get good cleansing oxygen into your body so you can think clearly.
  • Be objective and look for possibilities.
Think about what you may have missed.
    Think about changing your perspective.
Carefully weigh the consequences of whatever action you may take. Most importantly, listen to your heart and your intuition
  • SEARCH FOR THE FAMILIAR.
Look for what your past experience has taught you about what works and what doesn’t.
Take the information you know, and factor it into what you don’t know.
Think about actions that you are comfortable with, that you know you can do.
  • ASK FOR HELP IF YOU CAN.
If others are present, work together to pool your resources and help each other.
If you are alone, look for spiritual guidance.
  • TAKE YOUR BEST EDUCATED QUESS.
Factor all you have done so far and make a decision regarding what your plan of action will be.
  • MOVE SLOWLY AND DELIBERATELY.
    Move cautiously.
Be awake and alert every step of the way.
    Be clear headed and analytical.
If you need to, you can stop and go through the analysis again.
It is not the obstacles that are thrown into our path, that determine which way our life goes. It is the choice we make as to how we react to them. Every obstacle has a gift in it’s hand in the lessons that are learned from it. You will learn how to succeed.~

What People Say About Ruth
“"I am still radiating with delight after leaving a luncheon where Ruth Berger was the speaker and demonstrator of multiple intuitive abilities. I appreciated Ruth's light way of being, her humor, her caring disposition for all in the room, her strong integrity with her work and her intention for the well-being of all those present. Our gathering convened two hours ago and my email box and phone have been quite active with gratitude statements from the Spirited Women in attendance. Thank you Ruth."”
-Bonnie Barnard, founder and director, Spirited Wom
